- Avoid direct sunlight for 24-48 hours and wear SPF 30 or higher broad-spectrum sunscreen.
- Do not pick or scratch the treated areas.
- Redness, swelling, and bruising are normal and will subside.
- Stay cool and avoid heat-inducing activities like exercise or sauna visits for 24-48 hours.
- Refrain from using skincare products with active ingredients for 24-48 hours.

- Come to your appointment without makeup.
- Avoid strenuous activities, alcohol, and smoking on treatment day.
- Eat and stay hydrated to minimise discomfort.
Not everyone is suitable for IPL treatments. Exclusions include pregnant or breastfeeding individuals, recent Accutane users, those on anticoagulants or gold therapy, and others listed above.
