- Post-treatment symptoms like swelling, tenderness, or bruising, especially after Filler Dissolving treatments, are normal and usually diminish within a few days. - After your appointment, please do not apply pressure or massage the treated area for 24 hours. When cleansing or applying makeup, be gentle. - Strenuous exercise, alcohol, and smoking should be avoided for 24 hours after your appointment. It's best to steer clear of extreme temperatures for two weeks following treatment. Normal activities can typically be resumed immediately, but avoid facial massages and certain skin treatments for 14 days.
- If tenderness persists, Paracetamol is suitable for relief. Please avoid Aspirin and Ibuprofen as they may exacerbate bruising. Post-treatment asymmetry due to swelling is possible but should even out within two weeks. If asymmetry remains, we can address it during your follow-up.
- Should redness, tenderness, or swelling not subside after three days, contact Mel Hornery Cosmetics for guidance.
